Requests concerning charges made through HOTBBWS4YOU may be submitted to Billing Support for review.
Submitting a request does not by itself guarantee a refund. The outcome may depend on the circumstances of the transaction, access or delivery of the purchased service, applicable law, and payment-processing requirements.
Requesting a review
Provide the account email or username, the transaction or subscription involved, the approximate transaction date, and the reason for your request.

Unauthorized or incorrect charges
If you believe a charge was unauthorized or processed incorrectly, contact Billing Support promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.
Processor requirements
Transactions handled by a third-party payment processor may also be subject to that processor's procedures and requirements.
